Colourimetric Hemoglobin Test
Hemoglobin is the primary component of red blood cells and is responsible for transporting oxygen and carbon dioxide throughout the body. Hemoglobin concentration (Hb) is generally reported in g/dL.
The analyzer uses a colourimetric method to measure hemoglobin concentration. A non-cyanide lyse reagent is used to ensure operator safety.
